Rules for returning and exchanging goods

✔️ You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the moment of receipt if the goods have not been used.

✔️ The return of the product is possible under the conditions of the proper appearance of the product, the presence of components, and the integrity of the packaging.

✔️ The cost of delivery when exchanging or returning the product is not refundable, but in the event of an error on the part of the store, we will compensate for the cost of delivery.

✔️ Gift certificates and gift packaging are not subject to return or exchange.

✔️The final decision on exchanging goods or refunding money for the goods is made by the manager, taking into account the condition of the goods, which are returned for compliance with the rules specified above.

✔️ Refunds to your account are made within 14 calendar days from the moment of acceptance of the product until the return
