Delivery and payment

Post-payment for the order, unfortunately, is not provided.

You can pay for your order on the website, the system accepts all common payment cards, supports payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We do not have access to users' payment details, so if you have a problem paying for your order, please email us at serve.it.decor@gmail.com

The term of processing and formation of the shipment is 1-3 working days, subject to the availability of the product* . Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Fridays or on weekends are processed within the next 1-3 business days.

*We manufacture items that are not available upon request. The production period is 2-4 working days 👌🏻

Delivery across Ukraine 🇺🇦

Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the postal operator Nova Poshta. Delivery to the branch, post office or courier delivery to the customer's address is possible. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service, individually, taking into account the declared cost (actual amount of the order). Delivery is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the order 👌🏻

You get free delivery for orders over 4,000 hryvnias.

Worldwide delivery 🌎

We ship worldwide, except Russia and Belarus.

Delivery times are calculated individually depending on the country of destination. To order, send us a message on Instagram or email serve.it.decor@gmail.com.

Delivery may take longer during busy periods or holidays. We will contact you in case of any changes.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact delivery times, only approximate times. A confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way.
